1. Introduction

Welcome to Vegorbit. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Vegorbit is a premium exotic vegetable supplier based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, operating since April 2026. We supply fresh, handpicked exotic vegetables to restaurants, hotels, and individual customers across India.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders must be placed via WhatsApp (+91 90572 73115) or through our website contact form. Orders are confirmed only after receiving acknowledgment from our team.

Payment must be completed before dispatch unless a prior credit arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (within Jaipur limits only).

Prices listed on the website are indicative and may vary based on seasonal availability, quantity, and delivery location. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order.

3. Delivery

We deliver across Jaipur and selected cities in Rajasthan. Pan-India delivery is available for bulk orders above ₹5,000.

Estimated delivery time is 24–48 hours from order confirmation, depending on your location. We do not guarantee delivery times during festivals, natural calamities, or other force majeure events.

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

4. Freshness and Quality Guarantee

All our vegetables are sourced fresh and quality-checked before dispatch. If you receive damaged, wilted, or incorrect items, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Claims made after 2 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of confirmation at no charge. Cancellations after 1 hour may attract a 20% handling fee.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Refunds are not available for perishable items once dispatched, except in cases of damaged or incorrect delivery.

6. Privacy

We collect your name, phone number, email, and delivery address solely for order processing and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Your WhatsApp messages and order history are stored securely and used only for service improvement and order tracking.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vegorbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
